3. What file format will I receive?

You will receive high-resolution PDF files suitable for professional printing.

4. What sizes are included?

Each design includes multiple print ratios to fit standard frame sizes (e.g., A4, A3, 30x40 cm, 24x36 in, etc.). Exact sizes are listed on each product page.

5. I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find your download email, contact us and we will resend the files promptly.
