1. Digital Products

All digital products sold on Native Quotes are delivered as instant downloadable files.

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any technical issues with your download, corrupted files, or incorrect files, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and provide a replacement file where appropriate.

2. Print-on-Demand Physical Products (Future Offering)

Some products may be fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner (such as Printful). These items are made to order.

Because print-on-demand products are custom-made:

• Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

• We do not offer refunds for ordering mistakes made by the customer.

However, we will replace or refund items if:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product is defective

• There is a manufacturing error

In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

3. Shipping Issues (For Physical Products)

Native Quotes is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

• Failed delivery attempts due to customer error

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized print-on-demand products

• Sale or discounted items
